Operating modes
Whether you want full control or completely hands-off operation, Greyline FT8 has a mode for you.
The classic FT8 exchange flow. The app follows the standard CQ → signal report → RR73 → 73 sequence automatically, responding in the correct TX/RX slot and advancing the exchange state machine for you.
Working rare DX or chasing entities? Hunter mode lets you quickly reply to a specific CQ station, locking onto their signal and completing the exchange without interruption from other callers.
Calling CQ and want to work as many stations as possible? Gatherer mode queues inbound replies and works through them sequentially, maximizing your rate while you sit back and watch the log fill up.
